Burger King in Gunzburg

Quite a decent place. Great price tag.

We waited almost for 30 min after an order in a queue in drive in. When served the drinks were hot and the burgers cold. The staff went around in circles and back and forth between the kitchen and the account. Really tasty burgers.

Wrong order, no checkout slip and a bit expensive

Just ordered 4 burgers, How often were there 3 again since the employees Can't count Man should send her to school

Please and thank you are foreign words for the unmotivated employees. The order was again incomplete and incorrect. It's also best to have your own ketchup and mayonnaise because otherwise you have to do without. Today's food was old and cold. The waiting time was way too long for old food ... was probably the last time ...

Really tasty burgers. Didn't know the shop before. Will go there more often in the future. It could be that it is a chain?

Bad!!! Pomes was cold and definitely too little for the BIG KING menu !!! The meat is of poor quality !!! Coca cola is not carbonated at all and has no taste, as if diluted with water !!!

Food technically you can't complain. But, at these times we never have BK GZ again, staff does not adhere to infection control set most customers also. If you make them aware of it blah blah blah we really wanted to give the regulatory office a tip

Food fresh and hot, but anything but "almost"

8 p.m., 4 people in front of you and then have to wait 25 minutes? What use are two registers if only one serves and nothing works? To top it off, a burger out of three cold. No thanks!

Has nothing to do with "fast" food. Since opening, the organization has not been able to process orders in the usual time.

Badly polite waiter. Order not complete. Since when are there no more desserts on children's menus? Very small and paying toilets !!!

Due to the Corona there was only one seat and we took them with us. Were guests at Legoland. With 2 orders, the hot drinks were wrong twice. And I speak standard German, it couldn't have been that. And actually we're only there for the hot drinks.

First the positive, the staff are all very nice, but ... Everything else is a disaster. The order takes an awfully long time, then only half of it comes and despite complaints repeatedly the wrong item. Napkins were completely missing and the drinks were just water instead of Fanta or Cola. At some point you just want to finish and go quickly. The next time we visit Günzburg, we'll look for something else to eat.

I imagine that they favor the "drive" to the detriment of the customers on the spot. Too bad the small terrace was very pleasant in the evening.

CHAOS. The team was already completely overwhelmed with the little request. Our burgers had been lying on the tray for a long time, the drinks were already ready, only the fries nobody wanted to prepare for us. We only got the rest of the order after we put a lot of pressure on us. In between, however, other guests (who ordered after us) received chips. As a compensation, we received a burger that was apparently cooked incorrectly and would otherwise have been left over.

Due to the relatively small retail space, orders can only be placed to take away at the moment. It can be ordered via the Drive In or inside at the counter. The waiting times are very short (our visit was on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. during the week). As one is used to with the staff in fast food restaurants, one also encounters slight language barriers here. Accordingly, the ordering process was somewhat chaotic.

Worst service ever

Is very conveniently located. The corona rules are well observed. Parking space also suitable for vehicles with trailers.

Lets just face the truth. You get what you pay for

Hard to find. Long wait. Wrong side dishes, so back, burger was cold.

Best Burger King experience yet. Perfect Burgers & Nuggets.

Good for quick bites. staff was extremely efficient. Especially during the rush people were served swiftly. Sitting was pretty nice. Indoor sitting might run out in rush hours. Play area was very nice.

I've had tastier burger Kings. Location OK but a little tight. Service was fine.. Offers at the time were good for a family. Bar next to it has beer and snitzel.

Run of the mill BK. Cashier was accommodating at the drive through, showed the kids all the toys available and took her time to show what they were.

Furnitures are retro, but the food and the staff are OK.

Near legolend. good prices.
